If your illness or incapacity prevents you from attending the surgery, you can be visited in your own home.
Requests for these calls should be made before 10.00 a.m. Please remember that house calls are extra to normal surgery and take about four times as long for the Doctor to travel around Shrewsbury, so if possible please try to come to the surgery. There is very good disabled access.
When you telephone to request a visit, you will usually be asked to discuss the medical problem with the Duty Doctor.
